Robert received his Ph.D. from the University of Florida with a residency at Orlando Health and is ABR board-certified. He would work for Orlando Health UF Health Cancer Center for a decade. Between 2015-2019 he was the residency Program Director there, successfully leading them through reaccreditation. Later, Robert joined Landauer Medical Physics as Lead Commissioning Physicist, gaining experience that was invaluable in helping to found TrueNorth Medical Physics.

He brings more than 20 years of clinical, radiation therapy, LINAC commissioning and leadership experience to TrueNorth. Robert continues to lead initiatives advancing quality, safety and innovation in the industry through his work as Chair of the AAPM CRCPD Subcommittee of the AAPM.
